Dangling Doughnuts
Get a bunch of doughnuts (any size, but the traditional shape with a hole in the middle) and suspend them from lengths of string by looping it through the holes. Dangle the doughnuts from above so that they are about the same height as the participants (if you have a wide range of ages, you'll need to arrange doughnuts at different heights). Attach the strings to something high up leaving plenty of room underneath for people to stand and move around. If it's warm and dry enough to play outdoors, you can dangle the doughnuts from a washing line. If playing indoors, one possibility is to tie the strings to thumb-tacks and stick the tacks into the ceiling plaster or a ceiling beam.

Have each participant stand beneath a doughnut dangling just out of reach, so that they have to stand on tip toes to bite it. Tell them to clasp their hands behind their backs and keep them there. At the word go, they should try to take a bite out of their doughnuts without use of their hands. The first one to do so wins. Second prize goes to the person who manages to eat the most doughnut before the rest falls off the string. Be sure to watch the contestants like a hawk --anyone who touches a donut with their hands is out of the game. Beware of cheaters!

Note: The older, more traditional, form of this game uses apples rather than donuts. Having played both versions, I prefer using doughnuts, since I've never seen anyone get a bite out of an apple on a string without cheating.
